CW Developments was founded in 2021 by Charles White. Charles was born and raised in Jersey, and following some time studying in the UK he returned to the island to commence a career in Construction Project Management.

Prior to setting up CW Developments, Charles worked for a renowned local Project Management Consultancy for 10 years, during which time he obtained a First Class Honours degree in Construction Management. Charles’ experience within the construction industry has equipped him with a detailed knowledge of construction and a real understanding design and planning processes. This is crucial when it comes to identifying suitable opportunities and completing developments to the high standards required.

Sustainability is a priority at CW Developments. All our developments include electric car and bike charging points where possible and we also aim to install highly efficient mechanical and electrical systems including air source heat pumps and solar panels. Not only do these systems have a lesser impact on the environment, but they also lower energy bills for future users. In addition to this we are always investigating more efficient construction methods such as timber frame buildings.
